1. Print the following form:

  (Order becomes available after the course completion)

2. Click here to find UPS Stores formerly Mail Boxes Etc. near you (Virginia locations only). UPS standard operating hours are:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Please verify work hours in the UPS office you intend to take your in-person test.

3. Go to the UPS Store and present clerk with the printed UPS Work Order form and your driver's license.

4. UPS clerk will verify your identity and provide you with the computer. You are allowed to take the final quiz once without any extra charge. In the unlikely event you fail the test, you will have to pay MBE online computer rental fee. The processing fee is required for any additional test attempt(s).
However, we believe that after taking our course, reading Final Quiz Review and taking online practice test you will have enough knowledge of the material to pass the final quiz from the first time.

5. By the requirements of the Virginia DMV you are allowed only one attempt at the test per day. Read the questions carefully and do not rush. You have plenty of time.

6. There are 50 questions on the final quiz of which you have to have 80% correct.(40 questions)

7. Upon your successful completion of the course you will receive your certificate by mail in a few days. You will have to sign it and submit it to the court.
