Alternate State, Jurisdiction, or an Insurance Company

WebTrafficSchool is currently approved in a set number of jurisdictions. If you would like to take the course for a different county, or for a different state, you will need to obtain special permission in advance from the appropriate court.

If you have already obtained this special permission, then please fill in the state and jurisdiction you would like named on your Certificate of Completion.  You will be solely responsible for delivering the Certificate to them.
